• The certificate is issued only after you complete the task or work, as specified in the certification process. If you do not pass or complete the required task, you will not be eligible to receive the certificate, even if you have paid for it. If the task is not completed after our outreach, you will need to pay for another certification process.

• The fee for the optional certificate must be paid in full at the time of application.
• All payments are non-refundable.

• You may be required to submit a video or other evidence demonstrating the completion of the specified tasks. The format and requirements for submission will be outlined in the course materials.

• The name displayed on the certificate will be based on the information you provide in the application form. Please ensure it is accurate.

• If you do not successfully complete the required task, we will reach out to you for clarification. If you do not respond within 14 days of our communication, we reserve the right to consider your request inactive. In such cases, you may forfeit your opportunity to receive the certificate and may need to pay for another certification process.
• If you do not hear from us within 5 business days after your payment and application for the certificate, you are encouraged to reach out to us. If we do not receive a response from you within 14 days of your payment and application, we reserve the right to void your certification process and payment.
